Since the establishment and operation of Australian International Culture and Arts Academy (ACCA), the number of students and scale of classes in our school have been growing. Accordingly, our faculty is also constantly developing and improving, in order to achieve the goal of excellence and further improvement.

At present, the faculty of the college gathers teachers and students from the University of Melbourne, RMIT, Monash University in Australia, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University, Jinan University, Renmin University of China, China Normal University, Fujian Normal University, Fudan University, Beijing Film Academy, as well as many well-known universities at home and abroad in other countries, such as the National University of Singapore.

The faculty undertakes K12 teaching tasks from early childhood education, preschool, year one to VCE college entrance examination, as well as adult skills training and learning, and has always maintained a positive momentum of development. Along the way, everyone gets along well with colleagues. What everyone talks about most is the embodiment and play of each other's life values, and what they talk about most is the sense of pride and achievement of being a teacher. We gather in line with our mission of cultural heritage and our love for education.
